GS Group is organizing a round table at the International Innovation Forum

On October 3, 2013 GS Group will hold a round table «Initialization and support of innovative projects and R&D in television» within the VI St. Petersburg International Innovation Forum. The holding will bring together the leading experts of TV industry, designers, inventors, professors and students, as well as all those who have something to offer to the development of broadcasting field.

GS Group, the initiator, investor and technical integrator in broadcasting projects worldwide is organizing a round table in order to discuss the ways and possibilities for further development of television in the country. The main objective of the event is to determine the priority directions for development of Russian TV industry and to define the mechanisms for its financing. Participants will discuss the ever growing competition between television and Internet. They will try to develop approaches for creation of a unified interactive communicative platform, bringing together all modern technologies of content delivery using modern and perspective devices.

The round table will also offer some practical benefits to participants. Authors of ideas will have an opportunity to find investors, while the investors will be able to choose prospective projects. GS Venture, the venture projects department of GS Group holding, will introduce program for financing high-tech startups. Authors of interesting innovative ideas will get a chance to present their projects to GS Venture experts and find potential investors.

Among the experts of the round table are Head of GS Venture Sergey Filimonov, GS Group Marketing Director Andrey Bezrukov, Tricolor TV Head of Technology Marketing Denis Vysotsky, project manager at «Pervyi TVCH» TV company Tatiana Mikhalevskaya and others.
