HD 9300 receiver from the General Satellite is the first Russian set-top box licensed by Dolby Laboratories

TV-receiver HD 9300 from the General Satellite is now certified by the Dolby Laboratories, Inc., renowned Dolby Didital stereophonic sound system developer. The Dolby Laboratories recognized the HD 9300 as being in full compliance with the company’s requirements and agrees to «Dolby Didital» sign to be placed on set-top box’s casing and packaging.

It is the first Russian produced set-top box to be certified by Dolby Laboratories, Inc.

HD 9300 is a budget set-top box for both open and encoded HD-quality TV signals reception. HD-9300 is officially recommended for “Platform HD” TV-package viewers.
