Presentation of the General Satellite Corporation Technologies and Services in Tashkent

December, 13-th - A presentation of General Satellite Corporations technologies and elaborated services took place in Tashkent at the Communication Agency of Uzbekistan.

There has been a presentation of a terrestrial decoders operation. The decoder has an inbuilt DRECrypt CAS and provides additional services such as TV Chat, TV Mail, info-banners and Emergency Warning System.
Uzbekistan works actively towards and digital switchover purposing to introduce a national Conditional  Access System. The priority is to establish an interactive television system that would provide a stable and high-quality coverage and develop services that would draw the audience attention to social issues alongside with entertainment provision.

The General Satellite Corporation presentation has been evaluated and welcomed by the Uzbekistani party. This partnership has a sufficient potential for development of TV services in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
