Presentation of the General Satellite' projects in The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia

On the 7th of September a meeting was held between representatives of relevant departments of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Mr. Sergey Dolgopolsky, the Foreign Broadcasting Projects Department Director of the General Satellite Corporation.

In the course of the meeting the Ministry's officials were informed about the main areas of activities of the Corporation, as well as about its plans to enter the markets of Asian counties, the Middle East and Africa.

The parties also discussed the possibility of assistance that could be rendered by Minpromtorg of Russia to the Corporation in its foreign trade activities. In particular, as a measure of support they considered active participation of General Satellite in the work of intergovernmental commissions, where there are ample opportunities for promoting Russian products to foreign markets.

As a summary Sergey Dolgopolsky noted that the General Satellite Corporation strongly believes in cooperation with relevant governmental authorities responsible for the development of foreign economic relations of Russian enterprises.
